The COVID-19 Pocket Guide for BHERTs contains information about COVID-19, roles and responsibilities of BHERTs, managing COVID-19 in the community, quarantine and isolation guidelines, and tips and tricks for BHERTs. The pocket guide also includes sample forms and algorithms.
