Overview
Six courses were developed by the Data Resiliency for Ease Access and Management (DREAM) Team to educate key stakeholders about COVID-19 information systems management. Courses include COVID-19 Documents Repository System Training (CDRS), Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS), COVIDKaya Information System LGU Training, Feasibility Analysis of Syndromic Surveillance Using Spatio-Temporal Epidemiological Modeler for Early Detection of Diseases (FASSSTER), Tanod Kontra COVID (TKC), and StaySafe
The Data Resiliency for Ease Access and Management (DREAM) Team along with the DOH Academy has launched information and communications technology (ICT) training courses on various technological systems that support COVID-19 programs.
Put together by the COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), the team is mandated to deploy, build capacity, and monitor the use of COVID-19 ICT ecosystem. They are led by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Undersecretary Emmanuel Rey Caintic, is composed of key officials, trainors, and ICT experts from several government agencies including DICT, Department of Health, Department of Interior and Local Government, Department of Science and Technology, Philippine National Police – Directorate for Information and Communication Technology Management, and Armed Forces of the Philippines – Information Systems Management Division.
