Navy Capt. Jonathan Zata, AFP public affairs chief, announced livelihood projects as alternative source of income during the COVID-19 pandemic. Project ALPAS (Ahon Lahat, Pagkaing Sapat Kontra sa COVID-19) aims to make availalable and sustainable alternative livelihood during the pandemic. seeds, seedlings, and garden tools were provided by the Department of Agriculture along with a tutorial on how to plant. Feeding and raising rabbits, feeling pullets and tossing fingerlings at the fishpond was also introduced by this project.
