Overview
The city’s public order and safety department oversaw the design of jeepneys that will be used by essential workers once the city transitions to GCQ.
The design adheres to the prescribed volume of passengers (50% of actual capacity) from GCQ guidelines issued by the national government.
Plastic dividers will ensure that passengers shall still observe physical distancing, thereby reducing the risk of infection.
The design has been shared to jeepney operators for adoption.
