Overview
The LGU of Sorsogon has issued an emergency provisional fare matrix for tricycles-for-hire during the pandemic as guidance to residents, drivers, and operators.
The fare matrix was issued upon the approval of City Ordinance No. 11, s. 2020 called “COVID-19 Sorsogon City Emergency Provisional Fare Matrix for Tricycles-For-Hire of 2020.” It was developed to avoid confusion among passengers and operators regarding tricycle fees while the city is under GCQ.
Tricycle drivers are prohibited from accepting passengers 20 years old and below and 60 years old and above if these individuals do not have quarantine passes.
