Overview
Citizen's Logistics and Early Assessment Reporting Tool (CLEAR) is an online app that enables users to track their state of health on a daily basis and enable contact tracing when necessary.
The CLEAR tool will have a common platform and database of information for contact tracing, RED zones identification, and mass testing records management for COVID-19.
CLEAR was made in partnership with different private organizations, including but not limited to: CMI Tech, Spring Valley, and other telecommunications businesses like Globe and Smart.
All residents of Butuan City and Zamboanga City are encouraged to register on CLEAR and record any symptoms and their locations.
