Overview
The Municipality of Quirino, a far reached area in Ilocos Sur, has some challenges in communicating because of lack of technological resources. The residents are used to utilizing two-way radios, so the Quirino Response Team (QRT) a non-profit organization shared their knowledge in operating hand held radios for easier COVID-19 response action.
