Overview
During the tough times of the ECQ and the pandemic in general. The Kusina ng Kalinga of San Fernando city has initiated a feeding program which started last March 19, 2020 giving out food the frontliners. The reopening of the program last April 22, 2020 the City Government has served 54, 420 meals, inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to the city’s doctors, nurses, and other frontliners who ensure the safety and security of the entire citizenry.
