Overview
As part of its COVID-19 Recovery Initiatives, the City Government of San Fernando, La Union launched the 'Book Saves' program through the City Health Office in partnership with the City Library. The program aims to provide comfort, new insight, and welcome escape for COVID-19 patients through reading books and other materials during their isolation.
