Overview
During the enforcement of Enhanced Community Quarantine, the LGU thought of an outright solution to help the residents cope with the menace of coronavirus disease 2019 by promoting and focusing on good nutrition and healthy lifestyle through the BAHAY KO, GARDEN KO Program. Through ab Executive Order, every family is mandated to establish their own organic backyard garden consists of at least five (5) varieties of vegetables, and a minimum of two (2) varieties for Senior Citizens who are still capable of growing veggies in response to the limited supply of goods and/or commodities in the market brought about by the COVID-19 crisis.
